Playa Blanca is approximately 30 minutes drive from Arrecife. Located on the south coast of Lanzarote, Las Brisas is a well established complex of bungalows originally developed by Wimpey. The complex has been credited as a R.C.I. Gold Crown Resort. Las Brisas has a large heated swimming pool (with life guard), surrounded by sun loungers and parasols, a separate childrens pool, a childrens play area and 2 tennis courts.

Overlooking the pool is the reception building including a snack bar, bar and restaurant, indoor games room and shop. Internet access is available in the Reception.

Las Brisas is only a five minute walk from the shops, bars, restaurants and beaches of Playa Blanca. The bungalow has its own patio garden with 2 sun loungers, patio furniture and a barbecue. It is well appointed with an all electric kitchen comprising oven/hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine and a microwave oven along with a full range of crockery and cutlery.

The comfortable living area includes a dining table and chairs, a colour television with satellite reception, a DVD and a telephone. There is a sofa bed which sleeps 2.

There is the option of Air Conditioning in the bedroom at a charge of 25 euros per week. Please request at Reception if required. The bedroom has two single beds, supplied with bed linen, there is plenty of storage space and a mosquito roller blind to the window.There is a separate bathroom with wash basin, toilet, bidet, bath with shower over. Shaver point. Towels are supplied. Mosquito blind to the window.

PLEASE NOTE: Pool towels are provided but a refundable deposit is required on arrival at Las Brisas.

The change over day is Thursday with the villa available from 17.00 hrs.
