Villa Description
This beautiful Finca style Villa is located in the exclusive area of Balcon Al Mar and is situated at the end of a small, quiet Cul-de -Sac.
It has off street parking and lockable gates, which make it very safe for young families. The villa is surrounded by a well established, mature traditional spanish garden which boasts colourful flowers, palm, olive,lemon and almond trees and a lovely, soft, green lawn.
At the front of the villa is a large, shady naya/balcony with dining facilities. This is easily accessed through both the kitchen and the living room doors. There is also a barbeque area and dining area to the rear of the villa, both are excellent for alfresco dining.
Ther is a large, private swimming pool with a surrounding area for sun loungers and chairs which is a real
sun trap. The swimming pool can easily seen from the villa.
There are bars and restuarants, supermarket and Tennis Club
within easy walking distance from the villa.The villa itself has a large lounge area with comfy seating and coffee table. It has cable/satelite T.V, DVD, Video and a CD player/Radio. This opens out on to the naya/balcony area that over looks the garden. There is a seperate dining area with dining table and seating for seven people.
There is also an private upper sun
terrace with sea views from where Ibiza can be seen on clear days.
The kitchen is fully equipped with new crockery, cutllery and glass plus all cooking utensils. It has a brand new oven/hob, washing machine, fridge freezer, toaster, kettle
and microwave.Bedroom 1 has a super king size bed and large fitted wardrobe.
Bedroom 2 has two single beds and also has a large fitted wardrobe.
Bedroom 3 has bunkbeds and a wardrobe/chest of drawers.
Bedroom 4 has two single beds and ensuite Bathroom with shower. This is located in the seperate apartment.
Bathroom 1 is spacious and has a large bath/shower, toilet and hand basin.
Bathroom 2 has a shower, toilet and hand basin and is also spacious.There is a fully functional sauna (which can be accessed via the second bathroom).(There is an extra charge for this).
The backdoor opens out on to the rear barbecue area.
The villa is comfortable, cool and clean throughout. There is also the option of central heating, should it be required during the winter months.
There is a seperate apartment in the lower level of the villa which has two beds a bathroom (including shower), a seating area and tea /coffee making facilities.There are a number of activities for children in the Benidorm area (40 minutes by car) which include Mundomar Marine Park, Aqualandia Water Park and Terra Mitica 'historical' theme park. El Vergel safari park is 20 minutes north (near Denia) and also in the area are a
number of go-karting tracks. Javea has one of the most attractive seaports along the Mediterranean, due both to its location and
to its unsurpassed fishing and sports installations. The modern Yacht Club at the sports marina has facilities for all types of water sports, sailing, fishing, scuba diving, water skiing, windsurfing etc.Golf
